 St. Paul's Bible Journeys

At St. Paul's we love to travel.  For several years St. Paul's has sponsored inspirational biblical trips to the Holy Land and other areas to deepen our faith.

(You heard it hear first:  2019 we are planning an Anglican Heritage trip which will include a visit to Lambeth Palace, which is the official London residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury in England and Aberdeen, Scotland where Samuel Seabury was consecrated as the first US Episcopal bishop.  And plans are underway for 2020 and journey to Germany for the Oberammergau Passion play.)

This Year Our Inspiriational Journey is called "The Exodus"

We will cover Egypt, Jordan and Israel

Nile River Cruise -

Old & New Testament

Holy Land - Israel - Jordan - Petra

June & July 2018

In June 2018 we are starting in Egypt, the land of the Pharaohs, Jacob, Joseph and Israel, cruising the Nile as we explore ancient Egyptian pyramids culminating on the top of Mt. Sinai.  For those who haven't yet to see the wonders of Petra and Jordan, we include a two day extension there as we go to the top of Mt. Nebo and gaze into the land promised to Moses.  Then we'll cross into the "Promised Land" and walk in Jesus' footsteps all the way to Jerusalem, the Holy City!

Fr. Joe and Tara are traveling with us on the Egypt portion of the trip!

The entire trip is being coordinated by a parishioner who is an experienced Holy Land traveler (Israel four times; Jordan once) and was a veteran (20 years) travel manager for a major professional sports team.

Join us for all or part of this life changing journey.  Many options are available.

So, take a look.  Consider it.  Pray on it.  See if the Lord is calling you to venture forth. Join us.

If you are traveling with us and JFK is not a convenient airport for you, we have packages that don't include the airfares and you can arrange your own flights.

Israel - Jordan - Israel 2016-17

718dOn this trip, we walked in the footsteps of Jesus, visiting Bethlehem, Nazareth, the Sea of Galilee, the Dead Sea and Jerusalem.   We then visited additional areas in Israel, and including a special swing through Jordan to see its fabulous UNESCO World Heritage Centre site of Petra.  For those who had been to Israel before, we did a second swing where we visited many different sites not included in previous trips.
